The Technical help desk is open for enquiries from 8:00 to 16:30 from Monday to Thursday and from 8:00 to 14:00 on a Friday. Simply telephone our technical enquiry hotline on (021) 914 1277.

It will help us to deal with your enquiry quickly and efficiently if you have the information shown below to hand before ringing our technical enquiry line.

  • Computer type – Windows PC, Apple Mac
  • If a Windows PC is it: Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, or NT?
  • The product – e.g. Tizzy’s Toybox
  • The media – CD-ROM or Disc
  • Type of fault – What happens?
  • Where about in the program did the fault occur?
  • If there is an error message, what is it?
